Debbie is the woman you're staying with and you will need to have your Charisma Stat fully leveled to complete her storyline.

After Day 1 you should be able to talk to Debbie in the kitchen and ask her if she needs any help around the house, eventually, she will mention mowing the lawn when you come downstairs one morning.
MOW THE LAWN
Before you can mow the lawn you'll need to purchase a Gas Can from the Consum-R store at the Mall for $100.
After
you have the can, go to the garage at your house and select the lawn
mower and there's a cutscene where you mow the lawn and get dirty. Head back into the house and Jenny will accuse you of only helping out because you like Debbie.
Click on the doorway to the left to go into the living room and then select the doorway with the stairs to get to the basement. Debbie is there waiting for you so she can wash your clothes and will convince you to take them off in front of her so she can do so. After this you'll be teleported back to your room.
The
next day when you go to leave the house you'll be confronted by a
henchman who your father owed money to. Go back into the kitchen and ask
Debbie about it and she'll tell you more about your father. After you've slept and woken again when you leave the house this time you'll see Mrs Johnson talking with Debbie. This is another checkpoint so you'll need to sleep again to continue triggering events.
FIX THE SINK
A few days later you should be able to trigger a scene with Debbie by heading downstairs to the main part of the house. She'll tell you that the sink is broken but she can't afford a repair man and ask if you can look into it.
Go upstairs into the bathroom and Jenny will demand you fix the problem.
Head downstairs to the basement and click on the pipe coming from the water heater next to the fridge to turn the water off.
Back
in the bathroom you can see the water has been shut off but you still
need to fix the pipe so you need to go to Consum-R at the mall to
purchase a wrench. The wrench will cost $50 so purchase it before heading back to the bathroom to fix the pipe.
Once
you're done with repairs sleep again and the next day when you head
into the hall you'll hear someone in the shower. Take a peak by clicking
on the closest door to spy Debbie washing herself. 
You
may need to sleep again but leaving the house should trigger another
event where you can see the henchmen. You'll need to go to bed once more
to continue the story. HELP AROUND THE HOUSE
The next day if you head downstairs you'll find Debbie vacuuming the floor but her back is sore. Take over the chore for her and she'll chat to you while you work.
A day or so later you'll find her in the kitchen doing dishes and you can take over this chore in the same way. 
After that, she'll be in the basement doing the laundry and you can again offer to take over and complete the chore for her. 
Once
you've finished helping with the laundry Debbie will ask you to get her
some lotion from her bedroom draws. The bedroom is located to the left
of the living area so head in and click on the draws to find the lotion.
Return
to the basement and you can choose to help her apply the cream to her
legs after she complains about her back. Doing so will get you worked up
and she'll stop you before anything else can happen. 
Head
back to her room and go into her draws again to fetch yourself a pair
of her underwear, then select the bed to use them to masturbate. She'll
catch you and make you promise not to do it again. 
The
next time you are downstairs at night Debbie will ask you to watch a
movie with her. Agree and flick through the channels until she stops you
on a romantic looking film. Head up to bed after the film. 
The
following day going downstairs will have Debbie ask you to go with her
to the mall. Say yes and head to the garage and select her car to
accompany her. 
Once
there, Debbie will say she wants to check out the store called Cupid
which is up the escalator. Head there and she will challenge you to find
her a good gift as though you were dating. 
Chose
the necklace display in the center of the shop and you'll pick out a
pearl necklace. Give her the Necklace and she'll go into the change room
to try it on. 
Select
the changeroom and you'll ask why she's taking so long and she'll
invite you in to help her. She's snagged the necklace and can't undo it
so a scene will play out where you kiss her while helping set her free. 
Debbie will become embarrassed and leave you alone at the shop. You'll need to sleep again to continue from here.
Kissing Practice
That night you'll have a sexy dream about Debbie and afterward, you can head downstairs to her room to catch her masturbating while saying your name. Jenny will catch you but this is good and will help you progress with Jenny's Storyline.
Sleeping again will present another dream and you'll wake up thinking you should talk to Debbie about kissing. Go to the kitchen and ask Debbie to teach you to kiss - You will need to have your charisma maxed out for this to work. If you pass the check she will teach you some kissing moves and you can come back and do this again whenever you please.
The
following day if you enter the hall Debbie will be in the shower and
you can head in rather than just peak. She'll send you out but you need
to do this to progress any further. Fix the Car
After another nights rest, when you head downstairs Debbie will ask you to take a look at her car which won't start.
Head out to the garage again and look at the car to discover the engine is broken and you can't fix it. Back in the kitchen, Debbie will wonder if her insurance would fix it and you unlock the Car Yard location to go find out. 
The
yard is closed on the weekend so when it's a weekday head over and talk
to the girl on reception. You can either pay the $9000 to get it fixed
or convince her to do it for free. 
Once you go back home Debbie will be talking to the repairman who has finished the work already. 
You and Debbie go into the car to check out how it's working and you both become aroused again. This will bring you to night time, so go sleep again and when you wake up it's time to go back into Debbie's room and grab her underwear once more for another session on her bed where she will once again catch you.
When
the dialogue options come up tell her 'I can't help it' and then 'I
like you' and she will let you finish yourself while looking at her. 
That night she will sneak into your room to touch you while you sleep but will run away before you can wake up. Shower
The next day when you head downstairs and out of the house you'll have another scene with the henchmen. This time they are inside and one of them slaps Debbie across the face.
You intervene but end up being punched before they leave. Debbie instructs you to shower to help reduce the swelling while she brings you some clean clothes.
Ultimately she decides your bravery has earned you a reward and will join you in the shower and jerk you off. 
This unlocks the ability to shower with Debbie and you can choose to do this again whenever you like. The following day in the hall before bed Debbie will talk to you about how you're sleeping and invite you to sleep in her bed if you're having troubles. You can head downstairs to her room to do this right away.
You
have five options while laying in bed with Debbie, and choosing 'Sleep
with Debbie' will end the scene and progress to the next day. You can
repeat this again whenever you chose. 
Trout Dinner
Come home during the night to overhear Debbie talking with Dianne in the kitchen about your relationship.
The
next day head into the kitchen and Debbie will ask you to get her a sea
trout from the pier to cook for dinner that night as she's having
Dianne over again. This will unlock the new pier location. 
Debbie
will also want to show you her outfit for tonight so you'll have to
head to Debbie's room to compliment her on it before going to the pier. Once at the pier, click on the man at the window and he'll tell you all about the location and introduce you to his wife. Click on him again to choose to buy fish for $100 and make sure you get the sea trout.
Bring
this back to Debbie and it will turn to night so Dianne can come over
for dinner. The pair will stroke your legs under the table as they talk
about Dianne potentially moving in. 
If you try to go to sleep you'll hear Debbie downstairs so go back into the hall and she'll invite you to watch another movie. 
This
time she openly plays with you and invites you to cuddle but freaks out
midway. She'll visit you again in the night to touch you while you
sleep but will once again leave before you can wake up. Final
The next time you try to sleep in your bed you'll be woken up by the sounds of splashing. Go downstairs to check on it and you'll watch Dianne and Debbie talking about you again but this time naked in the pool.
Dianne will run off with Debbie's clothes so when she gets out of the pool you offer to grab her a towel from the bathroom. 
Once
you have the towel go back downstairs, to the kitchen, then dining room
to find Debbie. She'll say she no longer needs it and will have you
touch her while she sits on the table but will again freak out. She'll visit you once more while you sleep but this time when you wake up she instead will have sex with you. This unlocks the option to have sex with her again in the future.
The next day you can go into the kitchen and have sex with Debbie there as well as talk to her in the laundry to initiate sex either of your bedrooms.
After
you've slept once more a note will be on your computer asking you to
bring her the laundry from her bedroom to the basement. Get it and bring
it to her. 
She will admit it was a rouse to have sex in the laundry and after that, you should have all her options unlocked.
