You will need to have increased your Intelligence Stat in order to complete this questline. Part 1
Miss Okita will inform you on your first science class that there's nothing you can do to earn extra credit but after realising you have nothing to lose she may have some projects for you, after all.
Talk
to her again and she'll send you off to get some items from her office
but first, you need the keycode from Mrs Smith's office. 
Sneak
into Mrs Smith's office when she's not there and go into her desk.
Click on the small sticky note to get the keycode 6219. Then use it on
Miss Okita's door right next to Mrs Smith's. 
A
small robot will interrupt you when you enter and eventually inform you
the blueprints you need are behind you on the floor. You also need a
labcoat which is slung over her PC under the desk and some gogles which
are on the experiment table. 
Go
back to the science classroom and talk to Miss Okita again. You'll both
watch Mia do an experiment which doesn't work out so well and Miss
Okita will tell you to come back tomorrow. Part 2
The next day Miss Okita will send you off to find some multifocal lenses for her invention.
Talk to Judith in the locker hallway and she will let you have her spare pair if you pretend to be her boyfriend. She tells you to meet her at the park during the afternoon.
At
the park, Judith will be sitting on the bench to the left of the water
fountain and will take a few pictures of the two of you together before
telling you the glasses are in her locker. 
If
you don't already have the master key snag it from Mrs Smith's desk in
her office before heading back to the locker hallway. The locker
with the 'cow' sticky note on it is Judith's, so click on that one to
grab the spare pair of glasses. 
When
you return, Miss Okita will have you build some goggles but you will
need to pass the Intelligence check in order to complete it
successfully. Failure will mean returning the next day until you can do
so. 
Once
the goggles are complete you both will discover a glitch that causes
you to be able to see through people's clothes. Miss Okita will insist
you meet her in her office after this. 
Turns out she wants to examine your member for abnormalities before telling you to return to class the next day. Part 3
When you return to science class talk to Miss Okita to get your next task. She wants to get a Faptic Engine for her next invention and sends you to June to find out where to get one.
June
is upstairs in the computer room and explains you can get a knock off
one from an old game controller. You're pretty sure Erik had one of
these, so go to his house at night to ask him about it. 
Erik
says it's sitting in the old treehouse behind your homes. Go there and
inside the tree house to find it towards the back resting on some
pillows. 
The next day bring the controller back to June and she'll take the Faptic Engine out for you and keep the controller. Bring the engine to Miss Okita in science class and she'll have you meet her in the office to test out the belt before sending you home until the next day.
When
you come back she hands you the remote before getting in to a
discussion with Mrs Smith. You turn the remote on not realising she's
wearing the belt and watch her try to carry a conversation through her
orgasms before assisting her to her office. 
She gets your assistance in removing the belt and sends you back to class while she recovers. Part 4
Once you return to class you can talk to Miss Okita again and she'll ask you to gather ingredients for a mind wipe potion to get Mrs Smith off her case. Here's what they are and where you can find them.
- Mrs Smith's DNA - Go to Mrs Smith's office and talk to Annie. Talk to her again to distract her and then go inside and grab a tissue from her trash can.
- Vegetable Stock - Head to ConsumR at the mall and ask the clerk about Vegetable stock. They don't have any so you'll need to purchase the chicken stock for $50 instead.
- Falicum' 'Mushroom - this is a purple-headed mushroom which grows in the forest on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Horny Toad - This toad has purple bumps on it's back and is also found at the forest on a lily pad after you click on the waterfall.
- Cave Flower - You can only find this flower at night. It's in the forest - waterfall - then click on the cave entrance to find a glowing flower inside.
Return
once you have all the items and Miss Okita will have you meet her in
the office to mix the serums. She admits she actually needs to make two
separate mixes - one for her to try to increase her sex drive and the
other for Mrs Smith's memory. To do this she needs to get some of your semen so a scene will play out where she extracts that before getting you to mix the two serums.
Miss Okita will describe what needs to go in which serum but the order in which you need to mix them reverses so be careful. You'll make the blue serum first.
Blue Serum: Stock, Flower, Tissue.
Red Serum: Mushroom, Toad, Semen. 
She
will drink the red serum and give you the blue one, instructing you to
put it into Mrs Smith's food and you'll have to go home and sleep. Come back the next day and go straight to the teacher's lounge on the second floor and select the coffee pot. You'll put the serum in there and hope for the best.
Go
to science class and tell Miss Okita what you've done and after class,
both of you will go check on Mrs Smith to confirm her memory has been
altered. 
Miss Okita will then invite you to her office where she plugs you into her new AR device invention and has sex with you.
